Local Authorities

It is incumbent on Local Government, large and small, to make best use of its assets. Namely waste collection and electrical generation for its sites, removing the burden from budgets and becoming more self-sufficient in the process.

In the longer term, this would have a proactive benefit to rate payers and the community at large.
